澳新拟豁免部分食品配料的过敏原标识

    食品伙伴网讯    据澳新食品标准局（FSANZ）消息，8月12日澳新食品标准局发布18-15号通告，就标签豁免提案P1031征求意见。

    P1031提议豁免部分食品配料标注过敏原信息，这包括来自小麦淀粉的葡萄糖浆、完全精炼的豆油、大豆衍生物（生育酚和植物甾醇）、来自小麦或乳清的蒸馏酒精。

    P1031 – Allergen Labelling Exemptions: to allow for specific exemptions from allergen declarations for glucose syrups from wheat starch, fully refined soy oil, soy derivatives （tocopherols and phytosterols）， and distilled alcohol from wheat or whey.
