加拿大埃城中餐馆卫生不合格被罚4万

    食品伙伴网讯   据外媒报道，位于加拿大埃德蒙顿105街9700号的中餐馆龙庭大酒楼（Dynasty Century Palace Restaurant）多次被阿尔伯塔省健康服务（AHS）查出卫生问题，最终被判罚4.2万元。

    龙庭大酒楼最早在2009年就被查出卫生问题，以后又多次违反并无视AHS的命令。

    卫生问题包括：肉类置于室温下，生肉放在即食食品上、发现蟑螂和苍蝇、在肉砧板上切蔬菜、肮脏的厕所等。龙庭大酒楼请的辩护律师称该店老板很后悔，去年已经花了10万元装修，并计划进一步改善卫生。

    Thang （Tom） Ly and his numbered company pleaded guilty to offences under the Public Health Act for repeatedly violating orders issued by Alberta Health Services.
