食品伙伴网讯 据美国联邦公报消息，应一家公司的请求，5月21日美国FDA发布最终法规，修订食品添加剂条例，批准高倍甜味剂advantame作为非营养甜味剂和增味剂用于除肉类及家禽之外的食品中，并制定了糖精的规格标准。相关人士可以于6月20日前提交相关意见。

The Food and Drug Administration （FDA or we） is amending the food additive regulations to provide for the safe use of advantame as a non-nutritive sweetener and flavor enhancer in foods generally, except meat and poultry. This action is in response to a petition filed by Ajinomoto Co., Inc.
This rule is effective May 21, 2014. See section IX for further information on the filing of objections. Submit either electronic or written objections and requests for a hearing by June 20, 2014.
