欧盟批准微藻裂殖壶菌(Schizochytrium sp.)油脂作为新型食品配料

    食品伙伴网讯  据欧盟网站消息,7月16日欧盟公报发布 2014/463/EU号委员会实施决定,批准微藻裂殖壶菌(Schizochytrium sp.)油脂作为新型食品配料投放市场,并废止 2003/427/EC和 2009/778/EC号决定。附录 I列出了该新型食品配料的规格,附录II制定了使用范围及最大用量。

    裂殖壶菌(Schizochytrium)又称裂壶藻,属于真菌门(Eumycota)、网粘菌纲、破囊壶菌目、破囊壶菌科的一类海洋真菌,单细胞、球形。 裂殖壶菌(Schizochytrium)是一类类藻的海洋真菌,富含DHA。

    Article 1

    Oil from the micro-algae Schizochytrium sp. as specified in Annex I may be placed on the market in the Union as a novel food ingredient for the uses defined and at the maximum levels established in the Annex II without prejudice to the provisions of Directive 2002/46/EC, Regulation (EC) No 1925/2006, Directive 2009/39/EC and Directive 96/8/EC.

    Article 2

    The designation of oil from the micro-algae Schizochytrium sp. authorised by this Decision on the labelling of the foodstuffs containing it shall be 'oil from the micro-algae Schizochytrium sp.‘。
