新西兰修订即食食品中李斯特菌限量标准

    食品伙伴网讯  据新西兰初级产业部(MPI)消息,新西兰MPI于8月18日发布了新西兰(澳新食品标准法典)食品标准(2002)第 59 号修正案,将于2014年9月18日生效。

    本次对澳新食品标准法典做出了修订,修订两种即食食品中单增李斯特菌限量标准,这两种即食食品包括:不会滋生李斯特菌的即食食品、会滋生李斯特菌的即食食品。

    The New Zealand (Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code) Foods Standards 2002, Amendment No. 59 was notified in the New Zealand Gazette on 21 August 2014 and will come into effect 28 days after this date on 18 September 2014.

    Amendment No. 149 amends the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code to replace existing limits for L. monocytogenes in nominated foods with two sets of criteria, for: ready-to-eat foods in which L. monocytogenes will not grow; and ready-to-eat foods in which L. monocytogenes can grow.
