本次欧盟批准三项健康声称，否决五项健康声称。新批准的健康声称涉及钙、钙与维生素D、维生素D；否决的健康声称涉及大豆分离蛋白、植物固醇、二十碳五烯酸、氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐（Glucosamine hydrocloride）、植物固醇同Cholesternorm®mix混合物。
