食品伙伴网讯  据每日饮料网消息，日前欧盟食品安全局拒绝了德国一家公司咖啡因果汁饮料的健康声称。该饮料是一种含有果汁、糖、甜味剂及高剂量咖啡因的德国饮料。

　　德国公司以31篇文献作为申请健康声称的依据，然而欧盟食品安全局认为其中30篇不具有说服力，因为研究对象不是该公司的果汁。

    A German mineral water containing four juices, sugars and sweeteners and a high dose of caffeine has failed to impress EFSA scientists, despite a dossier containing 31 supporting studies.

    The rejection came despite the European Food Safety Authority's Panel on Dietetic Products, Nutrition and Allergies （NDA） previously approving article 13, general function, caffeine-attention claims although they are not law yet as EU member states debate the merits and usability of caffeine-based claims.
