美国FDA发布进口食品预先通知问答（第三版）指南草案

    食品伙伴网讯  据美国食品药品管理局（FDA）消息，3月28日美国FDA发布进口食品预先通知问答（第三版）指南草案并开始征求意见，征求意见从2014年3月31日开始为期60天。

    该指南草案解答了自2004年5月指南第二版发布以来收到的问题，并包含现代化法案要求提交给FDA的进口食品预先通知的相关信息。

    FDA is announcing the availability of a draft guidance entitled “Guidance for Industry: Prior Notice of Imported Food Questions and Answers （Edition 3）。” The draft guidance addresses questions received since the publication of the second edition of the guidance in May 2004 and includes information related to the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act （FSMA）， which requires that additional information be provided in a prior notice of imported food submitted to FDA.
