美国CDC：有机奇异籽粉引发的疫情由三种菌株所致

    食品伙伴网讯   据美国食品安全新闻网消息，上周三美国疾控中心（CDC）发布通报称，有机奇异籽粉引发的沙门氏菌疫情已接近尾声，本次疫情由三种菌株引发，其中纽波特沙门氏菌导致20病例，哈特福德导致7例，奥拉宁堡沙门氏菌4例。共31人受到感染，其中5人住院。没有发生死亡病例。

    Organic sprouted chia powder was responsible for an unusual Salmonella outbreak - which now appears to be over - that sickened 31 people in 16 states. It was unusual in that the organic sprouted chia powder was said to be responsible for three strains of Salmonella in the single outbreak.

    The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention （CDC） reports the organic sprouted Chia powder resulted in 20 cases of Salmonella Newport, seven cases of Salmonella Hartford, and another four with Salmonella Oranienburg. Five of the 31 sickened required hospitalization. No deaths were reported.
