食品伙伴网讯 据欧盟网站消息，11月21日欧盟发布法规（EU）No 1249/2014，批准肌醇作为饲料添加剂，用于鱼和甲壳纲动物。新法规将自发布后20日起生效。

法规附件中的肌醇纯度最低为97%，检测方法：饲料添加剂中肌醇的鉴定：液相色谱和红外吸收分分光光度法（欧洲药典01/2008:1805）；饲料添加剂、预混合物中肌醇的定量测定以及饲料微生物活性分析。

Analytical methods (¹):

For identification of inositol in the feed additive: Liquid Chromatography and infrared absorption spectrophotometry (Ph. Eur. 01/2008:1805).

For the quantification of inositol in the feed additive, premixtures and feedingstuffs microbiological activity analysis.
