澳新南威尔士卫生局公布餐馆“耻辱榜”

    食品伙伴网讯   据外媒报道，因食品安全状况不达标，在过去一年里澳大利亚新南威尔士州卫生局将31家餐馆列入最新的“耻辱榜”（name and shame）。

    罚款金额从“缺少温度检测设备”的440澳元至更严重的“卫生或虫控不达标”的880澳元不等。

    许多快餐店也因未能达到卫生标准而被点名，其中包括数家Domino和Subway的卖店。

    在所有被点名的餐馆中，情节最严重的是滨城黎巴嫩餐馆Jasmin 1。它在去年共收到7张罚款单，罚款总额达6150澳元。

    THIRTY-one northern beaches food businesses have been added to the NSW Food Authority's 'Name and Shame' list in the past 12?months.

    The online list is a public record of eateries and food businesses that have been fined for an alleged food safety breach.

    The penalty notices were issued after spot checks of the businesses by local council inspectors.

    Among the worst offenders was Bankstown's Lebanese restaurant, Jasmin 1 which received seven fines totaling $6150 last year.
