美国就食品蓄意掺假条例召开公开会议

    食品伙伴网讯  据美国食品安全新闻网消息，美国FDA上周就食品蓄意掺假拟议条例召开了第一次公开会议。

    该条例是食品安全现代化法案第六个拟议条例，将要求国内外食品企业处理可能由恐怖行为引起的危害。美国FDA定于2月27日和3月13日开会讨论蓄意掺假条例。

    The U. S. Food and Drug Administration held its first public meeting last week on its proposed rule on intentional adulteration under the Food Safety Modernization Act （FSMA）。

    "We see this, in many ways, while being different in terms of where the hazards come from, in line with the basic principles that underlie FSMA," said Michael Taylor, FDA's deputy commissioner for foods and veterinary medicine, at the Feb. 20 meeting held in College Park, MD.
