巴菲特饮食大揭秘 嗜好垃圾食品

    食品伙伴网讯   据外媒报道，今年84岁的投资大王华伦。巴菲特（Warren Buffett）有一个跟一般人很不一样的饮食方案，那就是学6岁小孩吃垃圾食品。

    他说他每天的饮食有四分之一是可口可乐，如果一天要吃2700卡路里，四分之一热量就是5罐12盎司（140卡路里）的可口可乐。白天喝3罐，晚上喝2罐，白天在办公室喝一般口味，在家里他会选Cherry Coke。

    Warren Buffett drinks at least five Cokes a day and eats “like a 6-year-old” to stay healthy, the 84-year-old living legend told Fortune magazine.

    “I'm one-quarter Coca-Cola,” the Berkshire Hathaway CEO said, according to the publication. “If I eat 2,700 calories a day, a quarter of that is Coca-Cola. I drink at least five 12-ounce servings. I do it every day.”

    Buffett, who owns $16 billion in Coca-Cola stock and has an accumulated fortune of more than $67 billion, drinks three of the carbonated beverages during the day and downs two more at night to keep him going.
