英国公布2014国家控制计划（MANCP）报告

    食品伙伴网讯    据英国食品标准局（FSA）消息，10月16日英国食品标准局公布2014国家控制计划（MANCP）报告。

    本次报告建立在2014年汇总数据基础之上，报告显示英国所有领域的合格率令人满意。

    MANCP是欧盟法规（EC）882/2004当中关于官方控制的一项要求，旨在确保建立有效的控制体系，用于饲料与食品法、动物健康与福利条例以及植物健康法的监控与执行。

    The FSA has published its annual report on progress towards implementation of the UK Multi-Annual National Control Plan （MANCP）。 The report, which is based on data collected for 2014, shows that overall level of compliance in all sectors in the UK was satisfactory when assessed against expectations.

    The UK MANCP details the roles, responsibilities and strategies of the different authorities and organisations involved in enforcement of and monitoring compliance with feed and food law, animal health and welfare rules and plant health requirements in the UK. It is a requirement of Regulation （EC） 882/2004 for each Member State to produce an annual report detailing progress made each year.
