食品伙伴网讯   据欧盟网站消息，8月2日欧盟发布（EU） 2016/1330号委员会实施条例，修订（EC） No 834/2007号理事会条例制定实施细则的（EC） No 1235/2008号法规，关于从第三国进口有机产品认证信息。

　　欧盟委员会条例（EC） No 1235/2008附件III列出了跟（EC） No 834/2007条例对等的第三国有机农产品认证体系。

　　新条例修订了澳大利亚、加拿大、韩国、印度等国有机认证信息。因（EU）2015/2345委员会实施条例从附表III中删除“韩国Doalnara有机认证”属于行政失误，新修订的实施条例更正了该错误。

　　Annex III to Commission Regulation （EC） No 1235/2008 （2） sets out the list of third countries whose systems of production and control measures for organic production of agricultural products are recognised as equivalent to those laid down in Regulation （EC） No 834/2007.
