    原文报道:According to Article 6 of the Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, the Netherlands, herewith referred as the Evaluating Member State (EMS), received an application from Bayer CropScience to modify the existing MRLs for the active substance flubendiamide in cucurbits with edible and inedible peel, aubergines and beans with pods. In order to accommodate for the intended uses of flubendiamide, it is proposed to raise the existing MRLs in cucurbits with edible peel, cucurbits with inedible peel, aubergines and beans from the default value of 0.01 mg/kg to 0.2 mg/kg in cucurbits with edible peel and in aubergines, to 0.1 mg/kg in cucurbits with inedible peel and to 0.5 mg/kg in beans with pods. The Netherlands drafted an evaluation report according to Article 8 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 which was submitted to the European Commission and forwarded to EFSA on 27 September 2009.
