研究发现加拿大蔬果包装容器卫生状况不佳

    食品伙伴网讯   据美国食品安全新闻网消息，加拿大圭尔夫大学研究人员取样发现，64%加拿大蔬果包装筐没有充分灭菌，56%托盘上面的菌落总数超标。尽管尚未表明这些病菌会导致食品安全问题的出现，研究人员还是建议对塑料包装筐的灭菌工艺进行纠正，以提升灭菌质量。

    New research out of the University of Guelph in Ontario found that 64 percent of the containers used to ship fruit and vegetables in Canada are not sanitized well enough to prevent contamination.

    Keith Warriner, a professor of food science at the University of Guelph and program director of the school's food safety and quality assurance program, tested reusable plastic containers （RPCs） at five fresh produce packing operations in Ontario and Quebec.
