国际机构合作采用移动检测技术应对食品掺假等问题

 

    该技术将利用离子淌度谱等现场布署设备，进行筛查工作，以检查食品掺假、污染、霉变情况。

 

    在以后还将研发手持设备来检测食品真伪性，包括相关分析指南、真实参考样品。通过使用X-线荧光探测器等便携式工具，帮助相关国家快速检测掺假、污染等问题。
